Biography

Rodrigue DONGMO is the founder of DONGMO Law & Finance (DL&F). He began his career in 2008 as a legal collaborator at SCP KOUENGOUA & MBATTANG before joining the Legal Department of Afriland First Bank as a Senior Legal Officer. He worked there for a few years before attending the Nigerian Law School in Nigeria, where he was called to the Bar in November 2014, and one year later in Cameroon. Prior to founding this firm, he practiced as a Partner at SCP NGASSAM, FANSI & MOUAFO, a well-established business law firm, where he handled property seizures, debt recovery, and advised national and international clients on banking and financial law, investment issues, corporate law, and alternative dispute resolution methods. Rodrigue DONGMO is a lawyer at the Nigerian and Cameroonian Bars, an Industrial Property Counsel, and an accredited representative before OAPI. He is also a member of the Settlement House, an organization specialized in alternative dispute resolution methods (arbitration, mediation, negotiation) in Nigeria. Rodrigue DONGMO holds a Master II in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies obtained from the University of Yaoundé 2 Soa in partnership with WIPO and OAPI, a DESS in International Business Law and Taxation from the University of Yaoundé 2 Soa, and a Certificate in Maritime Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods (ADR). He is fluent in English and French.

Fernand NJANKOUO is a Trainee Lawyer at DONGMO Law & Finance. His practice focuses on litigation, labor law and social security, recovery procedures, and business support. Fernand NJANKOUO has worked as a collaborator at Nguini Alain and Tchonko Rostand law firms. He holds a Master 2 in Business and Corporate Law obtained from the University of Yaoundé 2 Soa in 2019. He is fluent in French and English.

Biography

Jocelyne Kamdem is a Trainee Lawyer at the Cameroonian Bar and a collaborator at DONGMO Law & Finance. Her practice focuses mainly on labor law, commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as intellectual property, particularly regarding trademarks. She also handles litigation and monitors legal proceedings, especially in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon, providing rigorous and strategic support to clients. Before joining DONGMO Law & Finance, Jocelyne Loiska Kamdem gained diverse professional experience. She worked as a collaborator at Divine Favor Law Chambers (December 2024 – February 2025), where she participated in handling litigation cases and drafting legal documents. She also served as a Legal Advisor at VK SARL (January 2024 – August 2024), supporting the company on contractual, social, and compliance matters. Previously, she was a Legal Officer at Lex Chambers Rwanda (October 2023 – December 2023), working on business law in a comparative legal environment. She holds a Diploma in Legal Practice obtained from The Institute of Legal Practice and Development (Rwanda) in 2023, a Master in Business Law from the University of Buea (2021), a Master's in Common Law from the University of Yaoundé II (2018), and a Bachelor's in Common Law from the University of Buea (2017). She is perfectly fluent in English and French.

Lawyer at the Cameroonian Bar, Nadège KAMENI is an Associate Collaborator at DONGMO Law & Finance. Nadège KAMENI focuses on civil and commercial procedures, labor law and local law procedures, legal document drafting, and property seizure practice. Nadège Kameni studied law at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Rwanda and obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice. She then worked as a Trainee Lawyer at the firm of Me Epiphanie Karangwayire in Kigali, Rwanda, for several months. Nadège KAMENI holds a Master I in Fundamental Private Law obtained from the University of Ngaoundéré. She is fluent in French and English.
