Dongmo is the Founding Partner of Dongmo Law & Finance (DL&F).
DONGMO started practice in 2008 as paralegal assistant in SCP KOUENGOUA & MBATTANG and later on joined the Legal Department of AFRILAND FIRST BANK as Senior Legal Officer. He worked there for few years before attending the Nigerian Law School where he was called to Bar in November 2014 and few months later to Cameroon Bar.

Prior to the setting of DL&F, DONGMO was an associate at SCP NGASSAM, FANSI & MOUAFO, a renowned business law firm where he was in charge of foreclosure proceedings, debt recovery and advised both domestic and international clients on finance, investment, corporate issues and alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

He is a member of the Nigerian and Cameroon Bar Association, and an inductee of the Settlement House, Dispute Resolution Foundation, Nigeria.

Dongmo holds a DESS ( Diplome d’Etudes Supérieures Specialisées) in International Business Law from the University of Yaoundé 2 Soa, Continuing program in maritime and Admiralty Law and a certify Dispute Resolution Specialist.

He advises clients both locally and internationally on a wide range of legal issues pertaining to business law (banking and finance law, maritime law, international trade law, commercial law, debt recovery, ADR process (Arbitration, mediation, negotiation).
