Mr. NGAPA Théophile holds a Ph.D in law and criminal sciences from the Universities of Poitiers in France and Dschang in Cameroon. He is currently an expert consultant and trainer in several specialized UN bodies in charge of financial crime, terrorism and international criminal cooperation.

He provides training for magistrates, judicial police officers and compliance officers of banking and financial institutions.

He also assists States in drafting legislation in the relevant areas.
To this end, he permanently provides DONGMO Law & Finance with all his know-how and experience on banking and financial law issues as well as international financial crime.
