Christelle is holder of a Master I in Human Resources Management from Higher School of Economics and Commerce (ESSEC) Douala, a Master’s degree in Private Law and Judicial Careers from the University of Dschang and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Douala.
She is a HR professional with over 10 years of relevant experience with a particular focus on HR administration, Compensation & Benefits management.
She built her HRM’s career working successively at ECOBANK Cameroon SA and DIAGEO Guinness Cameroon SA respectively as Human Resources advisor and Reward Analyst. She also collaborate as freelance consultant at a consulting firm specialized in Strategy, HR Management and Organizational Development based in Douala. These professional experiences contributed in enhancing her skills in people management, data and facts analysis in order to provide clients with fit-for-purpose advices.
Eager to embark on a new challenge, Christelle joined DONGMO Law & Finance since June 2020, where she deals with labour law, contractual practice, advice and legal secretarial services.
