Our operating process
1. Customer welcome
Our firm reserves a personalized welcome to any potential customer who would come physically or contact us by phone or digitally.
2. Interview with the client (consultation).
All the technical skills of the firm are used for an optimal level of service, through an appropriate maintenance on a case by case basis.
3. Opening a customer folder
Once the problem of the client is detected, the starting point of our relationship is materialized by the opening of a folder. This leads to a systematic follow-up through regular reports, whether for litigation files, or those for which legal advice is sought.
4. Court decisions
As soon as any decision on litigation is pronounced, arrangements are made to obtain an expedition and the firm acts promptly on the basis of the results obtained in order to safeguard the interests of our clients.
